Return & Exchange Policy
SECTION 1 - EXCHANGE
Our exchange policy lasts 15 days from the date of your purchase (inclusive). We will only accept exchange for products that are defective or damaged. A refund is only available if the product is out of stock.
If you find that your purchase is defective or damaged, please get in touch with us at email@example.com. To enable us to process your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of defect. Please also ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
Do note that due to the handmade nature of our products, no one product is truly identical to the photo shown and there will be slight differences.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
We will give you instructions along with the mailing address to which you should send your item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Nestled Ellipsis will bear the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, there will be no refund of the balance.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value, payment has to be made by the customer before the exchanged product will be shipped.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, subject to the aforementioned conditions being met.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
