Accordion Cards

At times, we like to send a message - not as long as a letter but not as short as a postcard too. Something in between...and with a little more privacy. 

The accordion card fills this gap perfectly. It is a hybrid-cross between a letter and a post card. It is as compact as a postcard yet when the accordion card is stretch out, it provides the writer an extended space to pen his/her message(s). The content is snugly secured within the covers of the card and sealed with stickers.

We are open!!!

To mark this occasion, we came up with the design below which we feel depicts the occasion aptly. The design stems from the Chinese character "闩", which means latch. In a pictorial sense, "闩" has an outline which looks like a door and the horizontal line within it seems like a latch securing its entrance. Interestingly, this Chinese character is actually made up of two separate Chinese characters: door "门" and one "一 ".
